I think this is a pdf-only release. (It's about 30% bigger than the 3.0 ToH.)

That said, I now know what to get for my husband's birthday tomorrow - I've been on bed rest and haven't been able to leave the house in a week, but this will do just fine!

There won't be a print version of the revision, it just isn't economically feasible. As it is, the time and effort to do a new layout (Mike had to re-do layout for the whole thing) wasn't cheap in terms of time and effort (translates as $).

There has definitely been demand for a revised ToH, just not enough to merit actually printing. Believe me, I wish that weren't true.

Heh! I just noticed that the price for ToH revised is $5 cheaper than the PDF of the 3.0 version.
