Ok this might weird to post on EnWorld here it goes. Are there software that you can design your own set of trading card game? I am looking a an editor or creator that you can create your cards for a TCG.

Usually people will use an art program like Photoshop or GIMP to create the art at a proper resolution, then they get them printed by a custom playing card company. If you need any help with the technicality of the process, just let me know (it's part of what I do for a living).
If it's something more "user-friendly" that you're looking for, then no, I haven't seen anything like that. It would be hard to design, I think, since everyone probably has vastly different ideas of what should be where and it still leaves the fact that you need to create your own base artwork.
