The magic items come in the following types: 5 potions, 6 rings, 4 rods, 6 staves, 3 wands, 3 weapons (magic ammunition), and 39 wondrous items.
Many old favorites from past editions of the game are back, sometimes reappearing for the first time in decades. Aumry’s staff of the night, flagon of the dragons, Harper pin, ring of nine lives and other famous magic items are with us once again.
However, most of the items in Treasures of Toril: 66 Magic Items of the Realms are brand new, inspired by Forgotten Realms storylines past and present, as well as the setting’s uniquely diverse cultures. Each weapon in this product comes with several lines of flavor text that grounds it in the history of the Realms and serves as inspiration for adventures featuring the item.
