From Marvel Comics, you have Terror, who starred in a very short-lived series in the 90s called Terror, Inc. His powers were pretty cool. He was immortal, but his body continues to rot, so he needs to replace his body parts, which he does by ripping them off of other people. When he attaches them to his body, he gains their skills.

A few years ago, I bought the entire run on eBay for a couple of bucks. Unfortunately, the series never really lived up to the concept (but the character is still pretty cool).
