Vampire Lord ECL?

And tell me if you know what ECL this creature has.

I play in an Epic Campaing and have a Vampire Character that is ECL +5 (As per the Dragon Magazine that listed monster manula creature with ECL )

I would like to take my future level up to increase my ECL to become a Vampire Lord, any thoughts? Or if the creator of this monster is here could you suggest a ECL?

Well, if the original template is +5... I'd say at least +5, perhaps as much as +10.

The loss of all vampire vulnerabilities is a kind of a big one... Being able to go around in the sun alone is probably worth the +5, especially since you get so many stat bonuses they completely cancel out the penalties.
