I find "phlegm sucker" to be, well, really goofy. Sounds more like a failed attempt by an adolescent at an insult.
The ideas here are really cool though. Having one's blood drained is this really scary idea, of course, and a pre-20th century, sort of mythological conception of what blood is and what it does allows for some really cool and spooky ideas to emerge.
I'm not so sure about the other ones. I've done my share of reading in the alchemy field, so I know where these are coming from. I think something along the lines of inducing melancholy works. I especially like the fatigue idea mentioned above.
