Vitality Points

In the Shadow Chasers mini-game vitality points (VP) and wound points (WP) are used instead of hit points (HP). My question is how are VP regained? The article tells how to get back WP, but no hint is given on how quickly VP return. I suppose I could buy the Star Wars book for this, but that seems a bit extreme.

In the SW book it says you recover 1 vitality point per character level per hour of rest and 1 woulnd point per day of rest.
