I have one of these Haversacks for my two weapon fighting rogue. I was gonna pick up quickdraw so I could throw 2 weapons per round for example (flasks of oil, holywater, daggers, or anything i store in the Handy Haversack. Can I do this? Or is there a magic item that will let me draw these items as a free action (like the "Efficient Quiver") so I don't need this feat?
