Warning points -- I think users can change them?

I was reviewing my account settings and came across "Warning points". I don't know if they are part of the mods' community control system. It seems I can change the total at will. I can't imagine anyone wanting to increase them, but I thought I'd point it out.

You should see if its possible to ban yourself!

I bet its just a case of the new software having settings the admins just haven't figured out yet.
