Anyone got this yet?

Now Available: Warriors & Warlocks PDF (Green Ronin Publishing)

I'm trying to hold out for the hard copy, but it's. . . difficult. :) Anyone failed their Will save at this stage, or just plain wanted the PDF, and got it?

There's a bit of discussion over at the Atomic Think Tank, but I thought I'd see if there are some EN Worlders who're interested in the book, yet maybe don't visit the M&M forums (often, or even at all) or haven't seen the announcement.

I'm pretty psyched about this one. Been waiting for a few months, patiently as possible. :D

I got it.

The feats and the new variations of the "magic" power that were placed into the book alone are worth the price of the pdf. Strangely, the fighting feats are so impressive that I want to try an convince Jemal to allow me to use the "Improvised Weapons," "Favorite conditions," or the "Dirty Fighting" feats since I think they would work well with the character I'm creating in his M&M game..

Over all, I think W&W might end up being be one of the most useful Resource Books out of all the ones GR produced for M&M.

Sounds good. In fact, from everything I've heard so far, it's as good as I was hoping for all along. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't live up to the my own hype. But now. . . it's just waiting for the printing to be done, and the books to reach this country.

Ah well. Hardly the worst possible outcome. :)

I got it yesterday, but I haven't had a chance to really check out the final version yet. The playtest version was pretty awesome, though. :)

I'd have to agree I'd consider running a traditional fantasy campaign with this system. Its very polished and the feats and magic system rock. I understand now why GReen Ronin has rebuffed 4e so adamantly.

Anybody know when the print version'll be out?
Hm. Nope. Amazon is neither here nor there, it seems: [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Warriors-Warlocks-Mutants-Masterminds-Sourcebook/dp/1934547190/]Amazon.com: Warriors & Warlocks: A Mutants & Masterminds Sourcebook: Dale Donovan, Matthew E. Kaiser, Steve Kenson, Aaron Sullivan: Your Store[/ame] (it's not currently 'pre-orderable', but under the 'Publisher' heading, says April 29, 2009).

All I remember hearing lately is that it's going to the printers soon. . . ah, here is SK's post (from March 14).

Nice character there, Ryan.

I want! We're playing a PL 8 two-fisted 1935 game right now, and I'd love to see what the book has to offer. Oh, Green Ronin, how could I love you more?

To the point I've gotten, a lot of the combat feats look like they'd be pretty handy for any non-justice league level game.
