In 4E is there a starting class that uses conjured weapons? in 3.5 i think Psionics or something used something similar to Psi blades. Is there anything like that in 4E?

Essential's Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdoms.
The Swordmage's weapon, though not strictly conjured (fluffwise, it is an actual, physical weapon), could easily be reskinned so as to be - it is indestructible and can be summoned instantly from a considerable distance (especially with the feat that extends that distance). The Swordmage is in the Forgotten Realms Player's Guide.
