Well, let's see what happens as I read over the template.
Flavor text: Blah, blah, silver hair as a humanoid, blah, blah. Have traits common to all lycanthropes, blah blah, with following changes:
Ability Scores: +4 Str, +2 Dex, +6 Con.
Special Attacks: breath weapon (15' cone of cold, 4d6 damage), Improved Bull Rush, were empathy (+4 to interact with wolves, dire, worg & winter varities), Protective Rage (if mate is badly hurt/killed, goes nuts like a barbarian), Trip. Most of these as animal/hybrid only.
Special Qualities: Cold subtype, Scent.
Skills: as humanoid, +4 racial to Listen/Search/Spot (+8 racial as animal/hybrid); as animal/hybrid, +6 Hide, +9 Listen, +7 Move Silent, +8 Spot, +1 Wild. Lore (Survival), but not racial; as animal/hybrid, +7 racial to Hide in ice & snow.
Feats: as animal/hybrid, has Alerness, Blind-Fight, Imp. Initiative, Run & Track.
