Character attributes is really something that takes me down when it comes to preperation. I'm so glad that I picked up the Menace Manual, because it has tons of class combos from mid- to highlevel.
Someone's signature says that a DM who writes an adventure should think of it as a story that is halfway completed and the rest is filled in by the characters.
Most of the time I was thinking about roleplaying more like a movie and I'm the director. But actually it's more like improvised theatre
