Are you looking only for TSR/WotC RPGs / basically re-writes of same?

The Fantasy Trip springs to mind as non-TSR/WotC product.

I assume it doesn't need to be a commercial system since BFRP and OSRIC are on your list.

There are many of these on the internet in all levels of complexity and support documents. Zoan springs to ming because of the nice graphics. Mazes & Minotaurs is another nice little game.

No particular requirements, just free. I would prefer those that can be freely downloaded. The link I found to Mazes & Minotaurs is a great example. I already edited the first post to include it. Direct links to any suggestions (when possible) would be appreciated.

I know. I took a look after I posted the link. At one time the rules were there, but that one time was about 3 years ago I'm thinking. I don't know if I still have a copy of the rules, but since I don't see them readily available I'm loathe to e-mail them without permission from Zaon. Maybe their forums could help?

Is Chaosium's Basic Roleplaying not a free download?

I thought it was, but I can't find it to download free from their site. A google search quickly reveals free copies in assorted languages, but just in case these are not legal, I won't post links from here.
