What happened to the Online Game Table?

I have MapTool, but I hit a wall when the official site had no information on how I'm supposed to host a game of 4E D&D over the internet and use macros and whatnot to make it easier to track and make everyone's rolls visible, etc.

Can anyone help me out; at least point me in the right direction?

Ask on the maptools forums. There are a couple people there that can hook you up with campaign files and character and monster tokens and such.

I've made my own, but they're very homegrown and showing their age since they've just been modded bit by bit over the last 40 patches and are due for a redesign. I like simpler macros in general than the prevailing folks on their forums (they seem to like outputting what looks like an entire power card, I like a line, and done
