What happens if I cast Reduce Person on someone with Permanent Enlarge Person?

As the title says, what happens if someone has Enlarge Person permanencied on them, and they are the subject of a Reduce Person spell?

Damn. I was hoping it would just be suppressed. Oh well, so much for that idea. :D
Well, if that enlarge person was on the caster of the permancy, this might be in play...
This application of permanency can be dispelled only by a caster of higher level than you were when you cast the spell.
But since 90% of casters don't want to be bigger targets, chances are, the tank was the enlarged person.

Would the caster level of the permanency really matter? It's not the permanency you're dispelling, but the enlarge person.

For the record, I was going to be the one casting Reduce Person on myself, in order to temporarily counteract the Enlarge Person. Walking around with Enlarge Person on all the time doesn't strike me as a particularly good idea.

It is not a good idea. That is part of the balance of permenancy! The goon with it perm'ed on is one disarm away from having his prefered weapon with a -2 to hit due to wrong size. If you want easy on and off permancy, then get a magic item of that effect.

Awesome suggestion Frank! I was looking for an item that granted Enlarge the other day for my dwarf, but it seemed rediculously cheap due to the low level of the spell, even continuous use.

Since I couldn't find any in the books, I thought my DM would oppose the suggestion. Is there an item already published that does this? (It seems like there should be, as useful as it is.)
