I would be a semi-wealthy, well-educated Aristocrat who would absurdly gain hit points despite never going out and getting bashed by ogres.

Every half hour all action would come to a complete stop while godly voices argued over something called "The Rules"

Every decision one made would be meta-gamed first.

Also, space exploration would be easier. High level wizards could suit up and teleport on to Mars with a sovel and start digging for the water. Oh dang 3.5 .. isn't teleport limited? Well .. if it was 3.0 world

Greater teleport would work.

No one would have any problem with the idea of a flying creature that shoots fire forward.

I wouldn't have to make any budget justifications for new hardware, because masterwork desktops and servers would clearly be worth the +2 bonuses, and I'd have a keyboard of coding (which grants +5 to computer use)...

The airlines would be put out of business by a few cartels who set up permanent teleportation circles between major cities...

The best home run hitters would have Powerful build- same hitting power as a larger creature, but the strike zone of a regular dude...

Unless, of course, there were restrictions on bat size. Then you'd want a dwarf.

Every few years, the fundamental laws of reality would alter, often with no rhyme or reason.

Some people's reality would change monthly, with each issue of Dragon. For others, it's more like every few months, which each new book of unnecessary rules that their DM decides to buy. And for yet others . . . nothing would have changed since 1974.

Education and professional advancement would be a long process of learning by degrees and accumulating knowledge, or a very short one involving lots of violence.

Electricity and internal combustion would still beat magic, because building a car or toaster doesn't make the assembler dumber.

Animal shelters would be full of terrified wizards trying to get to their familiars before the euthanasia vet.

Monks and priests would get all the girls.

New professions would emerge every several months which combine the best features of two or three current jobs, putting millions out of work at a stroke.

Cemetaries, crematoria, cryogenics and funeral parlours would have new competition: Necromancy Hut.

Your cat or dog would regularly but briefly disappear because a druid somewhere cast summon nature's ally.

* Political leaders would have to tell the truth

* THere would be no such thing as a court of law. Just a guy who cast's detect lie and ESP and sentences the person right there.

If you aren't the spellcaster, do you believe the spellcaster is telling the truth? Or is the spellcaster lying about who is honest? ;)

* There certainly wouldn't be any monsters of any kind except for summoned demons. It's so easy to hunt monsters, that they'd all be extinct.

You forget that there would be a Mysterious Restocking Force added to the Laws of Physics that automatically created monsters........Actually, the theory of spontaneous generation would be correct!
