I found a picture of a city online yesterday but there was no refrence as to its name, what continet it on or what country it is a part of. Maybe my fellow ENWorlders can help me out. Please give me the pertinent info on the city in the pic.

I was going to (mis) identify it as Raccon City, in the USA.

From that very very very bad movie, Resident Evil 2.

In fact, you can see the buildings they fought the final (aweful) battle on in the top left quadrant of the picture.

Yes, it is actually Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and those buildings happen to be City Hall... but anyways.
