Something that'll make a thunderstorm that rains magic missiles and lightning bolts of different elements. And it has to cover a whole town and raise everything it kills as my undead army, and the magic missiles have to do more then 1d4+1 damage.

I would like to cast a Persistant Time Stop. I would cast it every two days, so that I would have an entire 24 hours to study. I would focus on learning every language in the world!

IIRC, WOTC has ruled Time Stop to be an invalid target for persisting. The spell has a "real" duration of instantaneous, even though it seems longer.
