What's your favorite villainous creature?

My last poll showed, perhaps unsurprisingly that players and DMs most favor undead, humanoids, outsiders, aberrations and dragons (in that order) as villains for their campaigns. As a follow-up poll of sorts, I thought it'd be fun to try and pit the usual villainous suspects against each other in a popularity contest. I've listed the ones I believe most typify their types. So, either as a player or DM, which specific types of creatures do you believe make the best villains? Which do you love to hate? Vote for all those that appeal to you.

As much as I like mind flayers, I'm kind of tired of them. Oooh, another mind flayer secretly behind all the troubles...*yawn*. Now aboleths on the other hand...I've never used one but they seem really cool.

Well, humans are always a good bbeg, and I have a small spot in my heart for green dragons. Mind flayers are a classic, and an excellent way to introduce psionics into an otherwise magical campaign.
