Wind stance and stealth

I'm curious what peoples opinions are of this.

Stealth requires concealment to let you get a roll. Stealth is part of a move action.

Wind stance gives you concealment versus ranged attacks if you move at least 10'.

So does this mean if you have wind stance you can break contact and hide as part of a move action even if people are looking at you?

"If people are observing you using any of their senses (but typically sight), you can't use Stealth. Against most creatures, finding cover or concealment allows you to use Stealth."

"Benefit: If you move more than 5 feet this turn, you gain 20% concealment for 1 round against ranged attacks."

I can't give an official answer, but yes, I would totally alow it. It seems fine, probably should work RAW, but I'd allow it without hesitation even if not. Rogues shouldn't need to dip a prestige class just to be able to hide in plain sight.
