The target is slowed (save ends). If it fails its first save against this effect, it becomes unconscious (save ends). Does this mean that the creature is now both slowed and unconscious? And if so, does one save end both? Thanks.
No. The slow and unconsciousness effects each have their own (save ends) and there's nothing else in the power that says otherwise, so each effect requires a separate saving throw.
