Worlock and Thrall to Graz'zt

It seems unfortunate that the Worlock came out before the BoVD. Unfortuneately the Warlock was printed second, and as such doesnt link up well to the PrCs in the BoVD. As a start to tweaking the PrC's to match up with Worlocks, here is the modified requirements for (imo) the most likely worlock PrC from there:

Thrall of Graz'zt


Role: Master of Dark Secrets

Prerequisites:
Alignment: Any Evil
Skill Ranks: Know(arcane) 5+, Bluff 2+, Diplomacy 2+
Feats: Thrall to Demon, Violate Spell or Violate Spell Like Ability
Spellcasting: Ability to cast 3rd level spells, or spell-like abilities


Benefits:
Thrall of Graz'zt should probably gain spell +1 level exixting spell casting all but 3,6 and 9
to better balance with other 3.5 spell casting classes.

You'd want to change that to "arcane spellcaster level 7," I think, like the PrCs in CArc.

I had thought of something like that, but
a. the original Thrall version lets you in after 5th
b. and most important, I thought that letting critters like succubi and lamias into the class would be appropriate.

D'oh! For some reason I was thinking you got 3rd level spells at 7th. I meant 5th, then.
