POSITION PURPOSE
The Associate Game Producer will manage internal and external contributors, including partners, vendors, and licensees in order to publish Dungeons & Dragons analog and digital products on time and on budget. The Associate Game Producer will review and oversee licensed D&D product and ensure that story and Intellectual Property content is communicated to partners and internal team members. Additionally, they will communicate tasks and work assignments to a team and track the progress of deliverables, as well as advise the senior producer in the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and review of licensee submissions
- Create schedules and monitor resource needs on projects
- Administer day-to-day business, such as expense reports, ordering and mailing product, travel arrangements
- Support art directors in the review and commissioning of assets and administration of the art database.
- Support writers in the research of content and administration of the IP database.
- Meet with key contacts in Brand, Design, Development, Story, and Marketing to ensure project objectives, strategies and tactics are carried out.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of the Dungeons & Dragons Intellectual Property
- Competence with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suite applications
- Knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style preferred
Characteristics:
- A passion for Dungeons & Dragons
- Capable of working on numerous projects and tasks throughout a day
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Extremely organized, with an excellent attention to detail
Prior Related Experience:
- Project Coordination and track record of delivering products on time
- Experience utilizing software and tools for planning and scheduling
- In Depth experience working with artists, writers, and other creative professionals
- Experience partnering and working with licensees preferred
- Data entry or QA preferred
- Technical editing or copy editing preferred
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's of Arts or Sciences degree, or commensurate work experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management or production
Time Expected to Reach Full Performance Level in Position:
- 3 months
