Wrath of Ashardalon board game!

I could see this as being AWESOME and totally up my alley.

I could also see this as being something that completely misses the mark.



My hope is that my FLGS will have an open box for people to play.


$65 is not too much for hours and hours of replayability, challenge, and fun. But it's waaay too much for a one time use or "quaint little game".

I'm hoping it's mindblowing.

The third? Apart from "Dungeons of Dragonfire Mountain", what was the other one?

From what I recall of the DDXP seminar, it was originally going to be Dragon Mountain (just like the original boxed set) but they ran into trademark conflict with another company.

Too bad. That's going to make a $65.00 price tag hard to justify for me if the game isn't very good. Hopefully the dungeon tiles will be all new at least.

The tiles are "jigsaw" cut so, like Descent, they fit together.
