I just want to ask if the following behavior is intended or accidental:
1) Open any thread.
1) Give a XP or Laugh point to a post.
2) Attempt to give a XP or Laugh point to another post.
The forum software will respond with a popup saying essentially "wait 300 seconds".
Now open the same thread in a second window or tab. You can right-click the number of the post you want to award and select "open in new tab", since the number contains a direct link to that post.
3) Giving a XP point now works fine. The timer is apparently reset. Or rather, it is operating on a per-window basis.
Thoughts?
Mainly: is this a known bug? Or perhaps this is a perfectly acceptable way of browsing ENWorld?
