(3.0) Character sheets for Familiars

So, before I go and attempt to reinvent the wheel, I was wondering if there are any character sheets out there designed for a sorcerer or wizards familiar. I would prefer it to have a section that details all the advantages the familiar gets as the soc/wiz raises in class with areas to check off what they have achieved. Most importantly, it has to be 3.0-compatable. We're not switching to 3.5 any time soon, and I know that familiars have a number of differences in that version.

The official D&D paper character sheets had a sheet for Companion Creatures. It didn't list the familiar abilities, though.

That would be an okay place to start if:

• I actually had the sheets;
• I had the spare cash to buy the sheets; or
• I could actually FIND the sheets.

Looks like it is time to make my own, unless anyone else has some suggestions.
