Not too bad, although I would have preferred more than two measley pages of new warlock invocations. It seems that they've reduced the PrC format somewhat from recent releases (to an average of 3 pages), which is a welcome change. I'm really interested in the Master Specialist class.

Hmm. I was expecting some more base classes actually.

I didn't even notice. What we *do* get are variants of current classes, plus some interesting sounding prestige classes. (Does anyone think we'll see a Warlock/Cleric PrC?)

Cheers!

I was really hoping we were going to see the various specialists done as individual base classes in their own right - give each of them appropriate class features - what the UA started but taken a bit further. And I don't think those variant features are going to be enough to do that... :(

Eldritch Theurge

Merric, Sammael beat me to it.

I was happy to see both the Eldritch Theurge and the Eldritch Disciple. These both scream Warlock prestige class. I also agree with Sammael about the number of new invocations. I also would have liked to have seen more than 2 pages.

That looks good.

The feats and PrC's sound interesting (and there are many).

I love wizards new policy of including alternate class features in most books.

And I'm glad there aren't new base classes. I've got more than enough base classes as is.

I'm happy to see a large number of varient class features. Hopefully many of them will replace the familiar which no one in our group ever uses anyway.

I've seen the ones in the latest Dragon but I want more options than just two.
