"We'll keep her blindfolded and gagged. Continue keeping watch in pairs. Hopefully we can let her go in a few days. We should get back to camp and go to sleep. We'll have to get a move on in the morning."

ooc: Rinya will collect both her and the fey's swords and carry them, and the fey, back to camp. She'll take 20 on use rope to make sure she's well secured(unless someone can do a better job of it). She'll make sure there are no weapons or other pointy items around the fey's sleeping area. She'll also search the fey and examine her sword to see if there is anything unusual about it.

The fey's little sword is unremarkable. It's just like any other small short sword. Rinya manages to bind the girl up pretty tight, there's no way she's getting out of that. (OOC: From the grapple, you know that her escape artist bonus is +8 total.)

The rest of the evening goes by uneventfully. In the morning, you find a few fish wrapped up in leaves left for you by your fire. The fey girl is restless, but bound, blindfolded and gagged, she can't do much but struggle helplessly and quietly.

Rinya will fry up the fish for breakfast. She'll take some fish to the fey, saying, "Your friends don't want you back, so you'll be travelling with us for a while. Behave yourself and you'll come to no harm. I'm going to take your gag out now. If you've got something to say we can talk, and I have some fish if you'd like some breakfast."

She'll ungag the nixie at this point and see what happens.

OoC: Could we get the XP so far? Tumna is 220 short of 3rd level, and I'm pretty sure we've had at least that much so far. Or do we need at least one day in peace?

OOC: One full night of rest, then XP. =)

The nixie's mouth, once ungagged, begins to spew forth insults and horrible curses, both in Common and Sylvan.

The group, having enjoyed their fish, packs up camp. Thallirae guides them south along the River Roars to a point where it can be forded. Then they travel east, through the river plains and light forest. At the end of the day, the Roars is far behind. Thallirae informs you that the edge of the Silverwood will be reached by tomorrow's end.

Though you set up a watch, your third night's camp is not disturbed.

Rinya will continue ungagging the nixie long enough to feed her. If the insult spewing continues Rinya will comment, "You're seriously tempting me to just leave the gag in and you can starve."

"Maybe we should've said thanks for all the fish," Tumna muses as there is no fish the next morning.

She spends time listening to the fey's curses, repeating fun-sounding ones every now and then.

Saithnar sits silently watching the cursing fey, one eyebrow occasionally raising in wonderment at a particularly foul phrase or two. He does not partake of the fish, nor does he eat anything else. He is seen only to take a swig of his waterskin occasionally.

The fey girl has calmed down some, now that she realizes there's no hope of escape. She eats what she's given, and she mutters in Sylvan from time to time, but she's not much trouble.

And indeed, by the end of the next day, the trees grow thicker and become a proper forest. The canopy still allows some light through, but it's significantly darker even during the day. A few hours past noon, it begins to sprinkle, and then rain. The trees above serve as some cover, but it soon becomes uncomfortable.

By evening, the rain has not stopped. Rinya and Lucien are fairly sure that it will continue through the night, and possibly get worse. Thallirae tells you that you have 3 days of travel left before you reach the Wyrwood Monastery.

OOC: Any special preparations for the rainy night?
