I've put your tokens out without a great deal of thought; feel free to post initial positions with your initiative rolls; anywhere completely within 5 squares of the stairwells on your end of the arena.

Roll initiative separately for each group of identical monsters. No duplicates in this fight, so the each get their own roll.

The braziers in the corners of the arena are firmly bolted to the ground and can't be moved. Anyone starting their turn in one of those squares (presumably as a result of being forced there) takes 1d6 fire damage. Having one of the pillars in the middle between you and an enemy provides cover.

A Beholder and a Worg walk into a room...

"Say Bob," says the Beholder in a deep southern drawl. "This sounds like the beginning of a bad joke! Heh heh heh."

"Woof woof," answers the Worg, appreciatively.

"Well, looky looky. Looks like we've got us some guests, don't it Bob?" The beholder turns its many eyes to face the enemy horde. "Bill here - me 'n Bob are lookin' fer some bar-BE-cue. Ain't that right, Bob?" The Worg growls in hunger. "Let's just see if we can't get our new friends on the grill, eh Bob?"

The Beholder floats towards the center of the arena.

OOC: Beholder does double move, ends in square 44,45,Z,AA. Bob the Worg is starting three squares West of position on initial map.
