I invested in both Shadowrun and Wasteland 2. Michael Stackpole has a way of inspiring confidence.

What watch are you guys talking about? The Pebble?

I also invested in both and the watch was The Vuelta.
Soooo....It's a watch. A watch that doesn't break down because of its old-school design...as opposed to modern watches, which don't break down due their high-tech designs. ;)

I kid. I'm sure it will be a very nice watch.

A friend who funded this game (Miskatonic School for Girls | Board Game | BoardGameGeek) on KS also said he'll adopt a wait and see approach to future games, after finding this one disappointing. Good concept but not-so-great execution. I guess lots of people get swept in by the initial hype. Thinking out loud, I wonder if having such rampant success affects the overall product. Since the $ is there, one won't try so hard?
