It looks like a device that scientists have been trying to figure out that was found in the Med. Sea and that is a computer of some sort. I cannot think of what it was called. It was made of brass with gem pivots and such.

Not sure yet. That's the puzzle. It's going to take me a bit to decypher it. Unless someone on here wants to do it for fun
The translation page does work, and it appears to give co-ordinates. The first four words of the top circle (starting at the bottom and working anti-clockwise) are, as far as I can work out, WEST EIGHTY NINE DEGREES.
I'm sure the rest should be easy to figure out.
