Hi,

Why it is not possible to post there with links and screenshots without having few posts on account? I'm interested in making a topic there to announce the game I'm working on, but I don't want to spam your forum with useless posts, just to meet the requirements.
I kindly ask for permission to post links and screensots.

Because the instant that restriction is removed, the forum gets hit by something in the order of (and with no exaggeration) 10,000+ spam posts from spambots. And that's per hour!

So you need three posts; that way, if it's a spambot it'll likely get caught and banned before it starts spamming links - or, more importantly, it just fails to post, ass it nearly always has a link or ten in its first post. You only need one more post, so you're nearly there.
