This tall, hand-some demon, with pail skin and black eyes it also has a small beard and slightly pointed ears. It seams to be wearing fine clothing and wielding a rapier.

An aspect of Levistus manifests as the archdevil’s mastory of the rapier. It also displays his uncanny skill in defence.

Combate
An aspect of Levistus loves to wade into melee and show its skills as it fights.

An aspect of Levistus natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as evil-aligned and lawful-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
Acrobatic Attack (Ex): If the aspect of Levistus attacks by jumping at least 5 feet into his opponent, jumps down at least 5 feet onto his opponent, or swings on a rope or similar object into his opponent, he gains a +2 bonus on attack and damage rolls.
Elaborate Parry (Ex): If the aspect of Levistus chooses to fight defensively or take a full defense action in combate, he gains a +4 dodge bonus to his Armor Class beyond
the bonuses granted by those actions.
Precise Strike (Ex): The aspect of Levistus has the ability to strike precisely with a light, one-handed piercing weapon, adding +1d6 to his normal damage rolls. When making a precise strike, the aspect of Levistus cannot attack whith a weapon in his other hand.

How does he look.

Suggestions:

1) "Skill in Defense" -> Combat Expertise? It's better than Dodge.

2) Rapier w/o Weapon Finesse? That would give him a +2 to-hit bonus, while Weapon Focus only gives him +1 to-hit.

3) How about spell-like abilities -- like Cat's Grace and Darkness at will?

4) Weapon: how about giving him a +1 Icy Burst Rapier?

Otherwise, looks neat!

Ok 1 look at his abilitys they realy help out with his defense.
2 ill think on that one.
3 He does not need them hes strong with outthem.
4 Levistus only has a +4 rapier so im going with a +1.

Also rember hes an aspect not a full creature (if he was he would have differing abilitys).
