One, who is Shran? Keep in mind I only started watching this season.

Two, they're finding and stealing the super-weapon all in one episode? After it being built up for half a season? Ten bucks says there's a magic reset button ending, like the Xindi have more than one.

Ooops! Added some info to the first post... :)

Jeffrey Combs is Shran (an Andorian who has a begruding respect for Archer due to past dealings).

No bet!

I didn't post in the thread for last week's ep, but I actually liked it and didn't think it was bad. Not the best but better than I was expecting.

I'm looking forward to this week's even tho I'll have to wait until Sunday to see it.

Egad...already? Although I am encouraged by the appearance of the Andorians, the rest of the blurb isn't very reassuring.

Why steal the weapon and not destroy it? Unless there is more than one?

Hmmmm....

Indeed. Perhaps the weapon in this episode is a decoy? The Xindi know that Enterprise is hunting for it after all. I'm more interested in the Andorian's reasoning for ventuing into an extremely dangerous "expanse" of space.

Some interesting twists and turns. It really helps to focus on personalities like Shran (Andorians, in general) to make for more riveting plots.

This episode gets a thumbs up from me. As usual, not a lot of Enterprise characters having screen time, but some more lines than usual. The twists were good and knowing some of the Andorian capabilities are also nice. I kept thinking "Federation" with all of the cooperation discussions, but I guess that will be mended in future episodes (better hurry as this show's cancellation is making the rumor rounds). The Xindi sub-species that were held on a tight leash (insects, reptilians) will be going bonkers, I'm sure, from now on. Looking forward to seeing some uncondoned actions by these guys.
