Favored time of year: Book release time (once every few years)
Favored weapon: Pen...apparently its mightier than the sword
Holy symbol: Book (probably unfinished)

Made a few changes. Forgot that I initially had the portfolio of Time when Nate and I first discussed the idea on Facebook. With control of time I could produce all the books I wanted...or alternately sit the Monkey at the typewriter and give him infinite time to write them all.

Given that I had a near-alter-ego NPC deity in the big campaign of mine that finished last year, I've thought about this many times- so it's rather easy to list mine.

Portfolios: Knowledge, Magic
Alignment: Chaotic Good (heavy emphasis on Chaotic given the character of today's world society)
Cleric Alignment: NG, TN, CG, CN, CE
Favored Animal: Cat
Favored Class: Sorcerer
Favored Place: Sunlit Towers
Favored Sacrifice: Books of Law, Evil-aligned Government Officials
Favored Time of Year: Summer Solstice
Favored Weapon: Magic, or Longsword
Holy Symbol: Crystal Sword with Gold hilt on a Hexagonal shield colored black, red, green, white, blue, yellow.

Religion is based on the concept called The One Law- "No person is or shall be allowed to control other people." Hence the allowed sacrifice of evil/corrupt officials, despite the otherwise Good alignment. I do favor smashing the state or other established hierarchies wherever possible and practical.

How could we, without knowing you personally? A favored sacrifice is a very personal thing- it represents something you, the deity, really love or really hate.

Speaking of which, just to clarify, for my sacrifice of "self" I don't mean anything direct as suicide. More abstract and intrinsic things like joy or humanity, though I suppose in my "religion" the sacrifice of one's existence would be the ultimate sacrament.

I assume the standard Entropy sacrifice of self is just that: the immortal killing themselves and returning in undeath. Not the same concept.

Actually, maybe I should have Monk there. Like the hermit that lives in a cave pondering the nature of the cosmos.
