Think of it this way: "Double Attack" is not an attack power. It has not target line or hit line, it just lets the golem use another power twice. Slam, on the other hand, has a target line and a hit line. It's an attack power. If the golem uses the slam attack power and doesn't target a Fighter who has him marked, that Fighter gets to use his Combat Challenge interrupt.

But if you want to play optimally, have the golem attack the fighter first, if the fighter is dazed, then he can't take the CS attack because it requires an Immediate action.

Quick note, I'm back now from a very busy period, well I'll still be very busy for a few weeks (corporate tax season). We got a very large new client that needed me to stay onsite for the last 10 days or so, so I haven't been able to get online in a bit (plus we had a big party at my new house on Sunday this past week, so I had to spend Friday/Saturday getting things ready). Anyways, should be back to more regular posting, and then once June is done, much better. THank you to my players/DM's for patience.
