Sounds like how I do it, although, after round one I found there's no need for a group C. It's pretty much the same thing if you do group A, then the monsters in round one, then add group C in with group A for round two, if you see what I mean. I find that easier, myself. Of course, we'll do it however you like!

I understand we must use simpler rules for PBF.
But like that it's much more like a surprise round for group C every time. In a 2 rounds combat, group C may have 0 action.

Of course. I don't worry. Fitz use an other system and it was maybe the occasion to talk about it. I'll do as the DM says anyway.
