They screwed up, Sun Soul is very much Forgotten Realms setting specific. Not that it's not easily ported, just pointing that out.

Surprised by Mastermind, but it's setting neutral.

My main disappointment on the SCAG reprints is that they didn't include the Undying Warlock. I don't know the details of it, but it sounded like a very interesting archetype and generic enough, but maybe I was wrong and it was FR-specific?

I'd argue the Undying Pact is a browsing of the 4e Sorceror King Pact of Dark Sun, with example Patrons from FR and other setting for 5e.

I'm surprised Sorceror only got two new archetypes, Sea, Phoenix, and Stone didn't make it, which was very surprising to me.

But at least Divine Soul gets subsubtypes now to make up for it, and Shadow Magic is awesome.
