Oh what the heck. We're all gamers here, let's make a game out of it!
Besides--who wouldn't like to win $20 worth of gaming stuff?

Don't think we're looking at the same posts, but I really want to say it's a bit. When you become convinced that a poster on here is doing a bit, because the idea that they are a real person with such little self-reflection is just too much for you to consider.
Unironically pumped for the new animated Twilight seriesVampire lore exists mostly as something for successive writers to make exceptions to in order to show how unique and edgy their particular take is.
I always try to have some form or ranged attack. I was rather annoyed while playing a Warlock in 4e that the caster we were having difficulty with was at a range of 20 and was a Warlock, using Arcane Blast, which for a player Warlock has a range of 10. OK, crossbow it is.
The only other thing to do, at the time, would have been to find 100% cover. It was low level and the crossbow turned out to be rather effective, due to high Dex.I did say "effective". An exception to my rule is that if you're using your spellcaster to shoot at somebody (barring special cases like arcane archers and the like) with a mundane weapon, there's probably better things to do with your time unless that's the only target available. Or, in some versions, fooling around with cantrips.
