Starting a nature cleric, Shillelagh, med. armor+shield, dwarf or V.human race in Tomb of annihilation. Would you guys do 14 dex 18 wis 14 con or 16 wis, 16 con, probably war caster at 4th.

The spell says it replaces the normal damage. Does Sharpshooter and dex mods count as the normal damage for that attack?
