Sorry for the Monk mix up but I meant while using TWF. According to SRD you can use TWF for off hand attacks with thrown weapons. And then a little farther down the page. Thrown weapons can be wielded for TWF and used to attack. Create mind arrow as a free action. Create them in both hands...
