Just curious, has anyone ever tried playing as if you were a normal Human being forced into adventure? Playing with race = Human and all your abilities being 9-10's with no + mods?

I absolutely love the game. Its a fresh break away from the 20 sided +2 games.

This is exactly how I feel. Did anyone read the Ghost entry yet? I cant wait to "possess" one of my players with a ghost and see their reaction when they have to start hitting each other. Going to be classic

Today the Monster Manual hits the streets for the masses. I've always thought that the Monster Manual is the best part of Dungeons and Dragons. It is what hooked me at an early age and what keeps me hooked. Nothing better than to sip some tea on a cold rainy night and read through it cover...

All this Bard talk really makes me want to dust off my old 80286 PC and throw those Bards Tale disks in there. :)

ok guys, lets not take my reply out of context here. i 100% do not think power playing is cheating. this thread has gotten a little de-railed. I really regret using the term cheating. I really should have used different wordding.
