No, but the new 5E templates might work. You can see demo pictures in the product page - the template is designed to be pretty simple and the fields can hold almost any data. I'm pretty sure the 5E ones will work for 3.5 and Pathfinder.

I think this java app is a wonderful idea, if you could get it to work with any template. I use my own template.
