Absolutly it is. I'm sure that things like taking control of all the vice in the royal city has got to net a dragon some points (or at least more treasure to spend on the great game.) Convincing a church to declare the exarchs of a rival dragon "heretics", definitely worth some points...

The last time I played in a homebrew world of mine, I had a lot of fun. I enjoyed the fact that outside of the small area the PCs were in, the majority of the world was a mystery. I liked discovering what was on the other side of the mountain pass along with the PCs. It was quite a fun game...

Our gaming group has been scattered over the country for a couple of years now. Recently we've started using RPTools Maptool and Skype. It works pretty good. The games move about as fast as a regular table top game. I think that's about as good as it gets for online gaming.

I think that GoreBlade > OmegaBlade but I also thing that "The Alien Dragon Apocalypse" sounds 110% more interesting than "Heavy Metal Roleplaying" Just to throw this out there, what about "RunePunk: The Alien Dragon Apocalypse"?

When nature is creepy it is so cool! I need to find more parasite nature documentaries..... There was an adventure in Dungeon Magazine that I ran a while ago, called Red Tide or something about a fungus that took over people's minds. That Cordyceps Fungus reminded me of that.

That is certainly a creature I don't want to run into in a dark alley...

I'm thinking of running this more like an obstacle course. The goal wouldn't be to kill all the monsters, but to make it to the other side alive. I'm just not exactly sure how to work it best.
