I never claimed to be a english teacher... Infact I suck at it horribly. Failed pretty much all my english classes, and passed them barely the 2nd time around.

I'm primarily looking for psionic PP values for the respective classes in the phb.

Is there a psion variant for the phb core classes?

I mean to like make a new item. I know there are rules for making magical items in the back of the DM manual... but I wanna know if there are rules for making normal items.

Any availble? Or is it more of a rule of thumb thing? More or less for balancing issues and figuring costs and the like...

Basically I am lookin for a huge ball with spikes on the ball, on an iron chain... Kinda like the picture, but no wood... a bigger ball like the size of a tire, with spikes. No wood, so that means more chain.

I need help with balancing issues. Balancing monsters and items. Any pointers/tips/etc. would be greatly appeciated. Thanx in advance. In general how would I balance a monster. Like wise for items including magical items.
