It's my favorite system, even over D&D 5e, which I do really like. I love the stunt system, I love the way it handles classes, I enjoy the Dragon Age setting and magic system and I am looking forward to Blue Rose as well. Allen

Actually, it really does not require Chainmail. In fact, I don't know anyone who has actually used Chainmail as the combat system for OD&D..including Gary Gygax. The so-called "optional system" was what we used right from the start. Allen

The lack of a point-based munckinizing system in MHR is a feature, not a bug. All it takes is for the player to bring his idea to the Watcher/GM. Then you cut down most of the D12's they want to D10's and D8's and you're good to go :) Allen
