Not to hard to make an NPC with those features really. Monks are the same. I've been working on ToEE and while the 2e PHB doesn't have a monk it wasn't that hard to add the "monk" abilities from 1e to a NPC and call it a monk. They actually did add the assassin and monks in 2e through handbooks...

It is indeed a 1E adventure but one of the great things about AD&D 1e and 2e, the adventures worked for either.

There is a lot more to a VTT than just rolling dice, specially with FG. Beyond and VTTs just not the same.

Got all 3, happy with the quality. My old books were yellow, fading and ragged. Supporting AD&D was just a bonus.

If the creature is clawing the target's face off I'd say those qualify as natural weapons. If they are trying to punch/wrestle then I'd say they initiate the rules you mentioned.

I am not complaining about the A1-4 but yes I agree, T1-4 seems like a much better first choice or even Desert of Desolation as a 2nd.

T1-4 actually has a bit more information for T1. T1-4 is also one of my favorite modules. It is such a big story and adventure it can take up years of time depending on how you run it.

Really depends on the level of the players. If they are high level because they explored most of ToEE then I would probably start G1-3. If you got the new S1-4 reprint they suggest that S4 and then WG4 should follow ToEE.
