There are a ton of 3rd-party supplements (especially in 3.x), most of which don't get any publicity. What supplements do you think deserve to be better known?

Preferably yes. I want something that will give the new players a good first impression, and part of that would be something that reads well as well as plays well. I was thinking perhaps an OSR game.

My friends and I started playing D&D using pretty much that exact same flexible rules approach and loved it. With the right group it's definitely a viable approach.
