I've recently moved my SORD to a separate folder to make it a lot easier to access in game, and noticed the Diplomacy skill was missing. I'm not sure if this is an oversight, or just recognising that it won't be used in combat.

Given that WotC still haven't given the GSL and rules to Erik Mona et al. (AFAIK) when there's only three months to go until the new books are released, it's more like 4E betraying Paizo. Paizo will continue to get my money.

Of course, that hasn't stopped some people! I wonder, are they cheating to prove a point about the fallibility of on-line polls, or because they really like UA?

How about if we link it to longevity of account? Or to include only those with community supporter accounts?

In our last session, one of our players was missing, so I ran his character (a sorcerer) as well as my own. A rules query came up with his character's actions in combat that I hope someone can help with. As the sorcerer, I tried to 'cast on the defensive' (as there was a foe adjacent) but...

It's slightly further afield, but there is an RPG club in Chester.

We have a session as normal on 18th December 2006. The next session after that will be on 8th January 2007.

Another vote for Birthright. I think it would've been far more popular if it'd been the second or third campaign setting released for AD&D 2E, rather than the twenty-seventh (or so...)

Couldn't the cats fight each other to gain levels (rogue? fighter?), and take the dragon toe-to-toe when they're tough enough? Epic cats?
